By activating the Location Services, employees will be able to see the following 3 features in their WorkApps Chat Mobile Application.

Guest Chat is a feature using which Employees can Chat, Share Files, and do Video calls with Users who are not a part of the Enterprise. Once activated from here, each employee will also need to activate it from their Profile. Their Guest Chat Link will be available in their Profile.
Your Employees will be able to do Video Calling with each other, and with Users outside the Enterprise using the Guest Chat Feature.
By activating this feature, Employees will be able to share files with Guest Users.
By activating this feature, Guest Users will be able to upload and share files with your Employees.

By activating this feature, your Employee’s profiles will be indexed on Google Search, and their Public Profile pages will appear in relevant search results. Once activated from here, each employee will also need to activate it from their Profile.

Single Conversation Page is a feature using which the complete conversation of a Guest User, files shared, videos etc can be shared on a single web page with other users of the same organization only. The page cannot be viewed by users outside the organization.
This feature is applicable for Video KYC only.
If enabled, the Video KYC workflow and its features will be enabled in your account. You will be able to assign the roles of Agent and Auditor to employees.
If enabled, Customers will be able to share their location with the agent during the video call.
Enabling this will allow the video call to be recorded automatically.

By clicking on "Download Excel", the Attendance Report of all your Employees will be generated. Time taken to generate this report will depend on the number of Employees.
