Location Services

By activating the Location Services, employees will be able to see the following 3 features in their WorkApps Chat Mobile Application.

How it works
GPS Locator
Whenever the GPS Locator is put On, the Contacts of the employees will be able to see their current location in chat windows.
Trip Manager
Trip Manager will help one track the locations visited in a single trip, and the total distance travelled in a day. This feature can be used to automate Teams' Travel Claims.
Attendance
When an employee clicks on 'Mark my Attendance', the exact location and Time Stamp will be recorded.

Please Note: Employees will have the option of activating each feature independently for their accounts. None of the features will be activated by default or controlled by the Admin.

Guest Chat

Guest Chat is a feature using which Employees can Chat, Share Files, and do Video calls with Users who are not a part of the Enterprise. Once activated from here, each employee will also need to activate it from their Profile. Their Guest Chat Link will be available in their Profile.

Video Calling

Your Employees will be able to do Video Calling with each other, and with Users outside the Enterprise using the Guest Chat Feature.

Allow Employees to share files with Guest Users

By activating this feature, Employees will be able to share files with Guest Users.

Allow Guest Users to Upload Files

By activating this feature, Guest Users will be able to upload and share files with your Employees.

Allow Public Video (from Aditi)

Show Employee Profiles in Google Search Results

By activating this feature, your Employee’s profiles will be indexed on Google Search, and their Public Profile pages will appear in relevant search results. Once activated from here, each employee will also need to activate it from their Profile.

Allow Employees to share recorded videos publicly

By activating this feature, your employees will able to share recorded videos publicly.

Single Conversation Page

Single Conversation Page is a feature using which the complete conversation of a Guest User, files shared, videos etc can be shared on a single web page with other users of the same organization only. The page cannot be viewed by users outside the organization.

Enable Video KYC

This feature is applicable for Video KYC only.

If enabled, the Video KYC workflow and its features will be enabled in your account. You will be able to assign the roles of Agent and Auditor to employees.

Allow Customers to Share Location

If enabled, Customers will be able to share their location with the agent during the video call.

Enable Auto Recording

Enabling this will allow the video call to be recorded automatically.

Select Call Type

This feature is applicable for Video KYC only.

One Way: Only the Agent will be able to see the Customer; Two Way: Both, the agent and the customer can see each other; Audio: Both, the agent and the customer, will be connected over an audio call. Multiple options can be selected.

By clicking on "Download Excel", the Attendance Report of all your Employees will be generated. Time taken to generate this report will depend on the number of Employees.
